What happens when you lose your team as a founder
I’m gonna be real with you guys. The last couple weeks… I’ve been on the struggle bus. I lost my partner. I lost my team. And suddenly I’m doing everything solo again. Vision. Sales. Product. Community. Events. Ops. All at once. And my brain’s response? “Work harder. Do more. Fix it faster.” So I’ve been working long hours… feeling behind… and somehow getting 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 done. Which is a brutal feeling. But here’s what I’m realizing (and reminding myself): 𝗧𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝘁. What I actually need isn’t more effort. It’s: - fewer priorities - clearer focus - and a system that doesn’t rely on me being “on” 24/7 So I’m resetting. For the next couple weeks, I’m focused on one thing: 👉 Launching The Founder's Guild core offer The goal is to help people: - stop overthinking - get crystal clear on their goals & outcomes - and create calm, consistent progress every day... From a regulated, grounded nervous system. I’m building this out inside The Founders Guild right now. If you’ve been feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or stuck in your head lately… This is for you. I’m rebuilding this from the ground up after the split—and working closely with a handful of founders to shape what this becomes. This is for people who are serious about: → actually following through → building momentum again → and doing the work (together) You’ll get early access, direct support from me, and a real say in how this evolves. I’m keeping this group small on purpose. If this speaks to you, comment “focus” or DM me.

What's your ONE thing?
Most founders don’t have a knowledge problem. They have a follow-through problem. So let’s make this simple: 👉 What is the ONE thing you know would actually move your business forward today? Comment it below. Then go do it. I’ll check back in later 👀

@Jenny Landis Oh snap! Did you do it? Did you invite some people?
It's Friday. How'd your week go?
One of the most useful habits I've found as an entrepreneur is the weekly review. Each week, I look back on what I did, and I ask three questions: 1. What had the biggest impact or ROI this week? 2. What did I NOT need to do? What felt like a misuse of my time, money or energy? 3. What are your top three priorities for next week? For me this week, my highest ROI tasks were direct outreach talking about The Momentum Lab that's launching next week, as well as fulfilling SEO content for a client and taking a few 1:1 calls with amazing people like @Alena Sladkovská who joined the momentum team. Also loved chatting with @Aeon Bancuyo, @Carolyn Burns, and @Jorick Sikkes this week! What did I not need to do? Spend so much time refining various offers. I was originally going to launch with a two-tier system at multiple price points, but I realized that made things a little too complicated. My top three priorities next week? 1. Going all-in with the first group of founders inside The Momentum Lab 2. Continuing to deliver SEO content for my clients 3. Watching more course content inside AI Automations with Jack and building my first one Over to you -share your weekly review in the comments!

@Alena Sladkovská I was playing at using the word "need" versus "get". The energy signature of "needing" to do something can be draining. Versus I "get" to do this, which is bringing more gratitude into what you get to do with your life. Does that make sense?

@Alena Sladkovská Me too, I am fascinated by language! It's so incredible how our native language shapes the way we think and move through the world. Thanks for sharing this with me!
