Let’s (Re)Introduce Ourselves
You’re in the right place — whether you joined today or you’ve been here a while. This community is about connection over perfection and building content that actually supports your business, not drains it. As we grow, I want onboarding to stay clear, calm, and human. So consider this a collective reset and a chance for everyone to reconnect. 👉 Start here (3 easy steps) A) (Re)introduce yourself Tell us: Your name What you do One thing you want help with around content right now If you’ve shared before, think of this as an update. Businesses evolve. So do people. No polished bio required. Real > refined. B) Drop your Skool link (if you have one) Yes, you’re allowed to share your Skool here. This is a supportive space, not a spammy one. If you’re building, dreaming about, or refining a community, we want to see it. C) Engage with 3 others Say hi. Leave encouragement. Ask a thoughtful question. Community grows when we talk with each other, not at each other. ✨ That’s it. You’re officially in (or re-in). No algorithms to impress. No pressure to perform. If you ever feel stuck, unsure what to post, or need a second brain — that’s exactly what this space is for. Glad you’re here. — Stacey 🤍

@Ann Oickle Ann, this is such a grounded and compelling introduction. The way you describe your work feels immediately clear, credible, and deeply needed especially for people who appear to be coping well on the outside while quietly absorbing the cost internally and relationally.

@Suzanne Bell Suzanne, you’ve already got something a lot of people don’t: a clear niche, real-life expertise, and content people are naturally curious about. Alaska is visually amazing, so the challenge probably isn’t getting attention it’s turning attention into trust, and trust into action.
It's been a day
I have lost my voice! Literally lost my voice, I'm just a little squeaky! So without a voice I had to cancel today's live. Which is basically the universe’s way of telling me to shut up 🤣. If you need me, I’ll be over here communicating via interpretive dance and frantic pointing while I get this space organized. Letting NotebookLM, Claude and Gemini do the talking for me. Currently accepting virtual tea, throat lozenges, and any tips on how to stop sounding like a rusty gate. ☕️🦒

@Lisa Black Oh that’s great to know, thank you Lisa! 😊 I do have a Whole Foods nearby, so I’ll check there. I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction. Hopefully it helps get my voice back sooner! 🔥

@Lisa Black @Lisa Black Thank you, Lisa! I’m actually doing great today, I really appreciate your kindness. 😊 By the way, I’ve sent you a couple of messages in private chat earlier and wasn’t sure if you saw them. Whenever you have a moment, I’d be happy to hear from you there too. Wishing you a wonderful rest of your day!
Fast Fix Friday: The Ultimate Repurposing Hack
One of our members, @Krista Brea , shared a reminder on her KDP Publishing skool something this week that I think a lot of us overlook: If you've written a book — or any long-form content — your Skool community is one of the best places to put it to work. Here's the Fast Fix: - Open your book to any chapter, your blog or YouTube - Pick one idea. - Turn it into a post, a prompt, or a classroom resource. That's it. You're not creating new content. You're giving existing content a room to live in. I'm doing that with a 14-Day Menaing Multiplier Challenge tp go with thr Meaning Multiplier repurposing framework that I've used for 8 years. And my book Redefining Showing Up is woven right through The Content Shift for exactly this reason. Every principle I teach? It's already written. I'm just finding new ways to share it. 👉 What content do you already have that your community hasn't seen yet?

@Janna Hubert That is a massive undertaking, but honestly, using NotebookLM for that is a genius move. It’s basically like giving an AI a master’s degree in you.
Skool Notifications Update
Did you see the latest Skool update? Sam and his team have updated the Notifications section so you can now filter better. This is amazing and will make it so much easier to engage on your favourite communities. @Lisa Black this is what you and I talked about during Borrow the Room Live. 😊

@Janna Hubert It really is one of those "how did I live without this?" updates. There’s nothing quite like the peace of mind that comes from knowing your phone isn't going to buzz for a random social media like while you're waiting for an important work email or a text from home.
Welcome to our new members 💙
Please help me in welcoming @Tiana Fech , @Janna Hubert , @Firenze Banks and @James Edward to the Content Shift. Take a moment to introduce yourself below, what you do and share what you’re currently working on. This community is here to support you through the real side of showing up online, the ideas, the questions, the messy middle, and the momentum that comes from not doing it alone. What’s coming up next 👀 ✨ Premium Members: The Content Shift Roadmap, featuring the Meaning Multiplier, is rolling out ✨️ bi-weekly live strategy sessions have started (check the calendar) ✨️ NEW VIP content prompt Vault and Custom Done For Your Posts (3-5 every month) based on your business & goals. The forms are on there way. Thinking about Premium? Premium is $27 until the end of this month and increases to $97 next month.

@Anne Marie Wade It’s such an insightful conversation. It sounds like both Anne Marie and James are reflecting on the emotional cost of being taught to prioritize productivity and performance over self-awareness and emotional expression. Many people don’t realize how much we internalize these lessons growing up just being told to “be polite” and “achieve” can make it harder to know how to actually process feelings or connect with others in a deeper way.

@Anne Marie Wade It’s like James really distilled the core of what they’re both saying how society often teaches us to focus on getting results and meeting expectations, while emotional awareness and connection get left by the wayside. The disconnect can be so subtle but so deeply impactful, and a lot of people don’t realize how much it shapes our lives until later.
