How to change or improve current training style
Current training style, how would you improve it or change it? Thanks in advance folks 2 warm up sets, 1 all out set then 2 drop sets For example seated bench press 40kg 10 reps 55kg 10 reps 75kg -working set to failure - take count of how many reps and try to beat it next time Back to 55kg all out to faiure Then 40kg all out to failure Then move onto the next exercise, Ive been going to the gym for 1 year now, so im kind of a beginner,
