Am thinking about taking Test E
I am currently contemplating if I should take Test E but idk what he pros and cons or what to look out for and what comes with it if anyone can drop all th information I need that’d be greatly appreciated

I have a workout split and it’s a bit unstable, as someone who is trying to compete in classic physique later in the future and I would say my arms need the most Improvement from shoulders to forearms and my chest and back if yall can help me put together a good workout split I’d be greatly appreciative I was just on GLP-3 and lost lots of muscle and I need to gain it back. I’m willing to take tips on how to make my physique better and what to work on more

@Aaron Reedi train 6 days a week and 1 day rest and recovery and my diet mainly consists of protein and carb shakes, milk and chicken and rice
I’ve lost 20 lbs of fat in 5 weeks.
This is while gaining some muscle along the way. I’ve struggled with my weight for years. I finally decided to go all in and fix the problem. RETATRUTIDE is the most important compound in my stack by a mile. Life changing medicine. If you take Reta it is impossible not to lose weight once you titrate up to the right dose. I am taking many compounds, but Reta is king for fat loss.

Reta GLP-3 advice
I am about 4 weeks deep into running Reta and I have a Get together with family in 2 weeks and I want to look good When they see me I am 159lbs and 5’11 how much should I increase the dosage for the next week or 2 weeks if I am currently doing a 1mg Pin a week how much should I go up in a safe option and see great results

@Lawrence Rodgers Clen for short term quick results but crazy side effects or Reta with slow and gradual but very Efficient side effects either or works but Reta is safer but it requires pinning and Clen is A bit worse especially with cardiac and heart health but you can take it in pill from

SARM’s (Cardarine) Peptides (Retatrutide) Steroids (Clenbuterol) research all of them and choose which applies to your life the most I am currently On Reta (Retatrutide) I would recommend that mostly cause it’s high effects you do have to pin it tho I’d recommend doing that with Help it had low side effects and doesn’t scree up your hormones or test I wouldn’t recommend Cardarine too much because it is suppressive and needs lots of pct and isn’t good for starting and in 2nd place I would say is clen (Clenbuterol) because it is fast acting and gets the job done quick but your body builds-tolerance to it significantly quick but dos lead to cardiac issues and heart health complications it did the job but you’ll be sweating and jittery all the time it works but you’ll have trouble sleeping because it keeps you stimulated
