Feeling better down from 279 to 236 since last September
Question on Sauna use/benefits
I recently got a Sunlight Sauna for my home gym. It’s an infra red sauna and I typically use it after my workout or in the evenings. I’ve read articles about the potential HGH benefits among other overall health benefits. I’ve also read about essential oils being added to the session to help enhance the benefits. Does anyone have any recommendations/insight on best practices to maximize any benefits from using a sauna?

That’s a lot of good information from a perspective that no one is discussing. I try to use it two-three times a week. Typically for about 25 minutes at a time. I have not noticed any negative effects yet, but it’s only been a couple of months. Prior to this I’ve never used one.

MB isn’t hype because it “boosts energy.” People care because it improves cellular efficiency, especially in the brain. At low doses, it helps mitochondria produce ATP more efficiently. Translation: - clearer thinking - less brain fog - more stable, calm energy (not stimulant-y) Where it gets more interesting is immune and circulation support. MB has well-documented antimicrobial and antiviral activity, which is why it’s been studied for infections and immune resilience. Some people notice fewer sick days or faster recovery when run short term. And yes!!! blood flow matters. @Aaron Reed I started taking this a while ago after listening to a podcast discussing the benefits. I’m always looking for a recommendation on manufacturer if you have one. There’s so much BS out on the market anymore you never know.
Blood flow supplements
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some suggestions for supplements to increase blood flow. I know, beetroot, and L arginine are typically common go to. Garlic is also an option but what products and brands has anyone used that they recommend.
