Jumping from 140 mg/week → 400 mg/week of Test Cyp — will I see drastic sides?
Hi all, Looking for honest experiences and practical advice. I’m currently on 140 mg/week of testosterone cypionate and considering increasing to about 400 mg/week. I weigh ~185 lb. I’m not asking for dosing instructions — I just want to know: From your experience, does a jump from ~140 → ~400 mg/week usually produce drastic side effects, and which ones showed up first for you? (e.g., mood swings, acne, hair loss, gyno, libido changes) Did you see big changes in hematocrit/RBC or blood pressure after the increase? How soon? What baseline labs and ongoing monitoring would you recommend people keep an eye on if they increase dose (CBC, lipids, estradiol, LFTs, etc.)? Any harm-reduction tips or red flags that made you back off a cycle? Appreciate real-world feedback — what happened to you, how long until side effects, and what saved you (if anything). “100mg TRT SubQ — One Shot or Split It?
Been cruising on 75mg/week of Test E (SubQ) for the past 2 months — feeling decent, but considering bumping it to 100mg/week to dial things in a bit more. Question is: should I split it into 2x weekly pins (50mg Mon / 50mg Thurs), or just stick with a single 100mg shot? SubQ still works fine at that dose? what signs or markers should I be watching to know if the bump is actually doing me good — energy, libido, mood, etc. and what would help me determine if i should be doing 2x or 1x injection per week? Help to start first cycle
I hope to start my 3rd cycle with MK-677 2 day on 1 day off ENCLOMIPHENE, RAD-140, 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off, CARDARINE 12 weeks on, followed by a 4 week break with liver support, multivitamins, omega-3, 6, and 9, CREATINE 10g daily, SLIN PILLS 8 pills daily with highest carb, 5000ui vitamin D and D3 and Epicatechin I will do this for 2-3 cycle I will follow up with 25 mg ENCLOMIPHENE for 2 week and 12.5 mg for next 2 weeks To minimize the side effects of rad 140 The doses are 10 to 15 mg/ mcg as per the compound I am 18 training for 4 years consistently with 150 gm protein and high carb diet every day I am not taking any supplements for know

18 is still really young for a blast like that. I’d honestly recommend putting in more time in the gym, dialing in a clean, consistent diet, and letting your natural hormones do the work while you’re still in your prime growth years. Once you lay down that foundation, you’ll get way more out of any cycle later — with less risk too.

My wife is 40 and had a hard time putting on weight, even with consistent eating and workouts. She tried MK-677 (Ibutamoren) first, which helped with appetite and fullness, but the real difference came when she started taking Anavar at 10mg daily. That’s when the lean weight gain and strength noticeably improved. Just be sure to monitor her weights and lifts in the gym closely and make sure she’s progressing in the gym to match the changes — it made a huge impact in her case.
