Hello, Does anyone have a good source or app to use when trying to figure out reconstitution and dosage for peptides ? Chatgpt does not seem to want to give advice anymore

Question abou peptides
I recently purchased 2 peptides. IGF1 LR3 1mg and sermorelin 10mg . I reconstituted them in BP water and kept them refrigerated. I was going to run them but a few work related issues came up so I was not able to run them and have now passed the 30 day mark. Both vial solutions appear clear, no cloudiness, no particles, no yellowing . Contamination risk appears 0 to none. Question is: Can I still use them after 30 day mark has passed? Has the potency for both vials degraded? The fridge has been consistent at a temperature. My course of use would be: 6 IU sermorelin → before bed, fasted 4 IU IGF-1 LR3 → morning, food optional Any feedback on this situation? Has anyone similarly experienced this , where you ran the vials even though they were past 30 days? I understand the risks associated if vials were contaminated but its more about potency than contimnaniation.

Hi all, Looking for honest experiences and practical advice. I’m currently on 140 mg/week of testosterone cypionate and considering increasing to about 400 mg/week. I weigh ~185 lb. I’m not asking for dosing instructions — I just want to know: From your experience, does a jump from ~140 → ~400 mg/week usually produce drastic side effects, and which ones showed up first for you? (e.g., mood swings, acne, hair loss, gyno, libido changes) Did you see big changes in hematocrit/RBC or blood pressure after the increase? How soon?
