Currently reading a book called dealstorming by tim sanders and it says to unify a team to collaborate on deals that are stuck. For context, we already had a sales call and we scheduled a follow up call and this email was sent by her after the sales call didn't close. I used some tactics from never split the difference on my reply hoping I will get a response, but if there is no response, where do you guys think the deal should go from here. She obviously had a problem on the call and likes what she saw but the main objection is the price for her currency which is USD to CAD. I have the sales call recording if you guys want to see it but I will not post it publicly for privacy reasons.
