you can make it exclusive (only the ones that can afford paying can enter), but people right now don't know you and they might don't know the charity you are working with .. so at the beginning associate with charities that are already doing this, help them with content, with bringing influencers/models, with bringing high status people etc .. then you can learn how to make it exclusive ..

The purpose of you building a list is that you put the effort to curate the list as you want (with the type of women you will want to meet in the near future), but also to find where this type of women hang out (what restaurants, nightclubs, bars, hair salon, hotels etc) Find the hot spot places where you think women hang out, if it is a geo-location, check who is posting, if it is an account then check the followers/following, who is tagging themselves, who comments on the posts etc You can automate this but it will no assure you a good list
