Mindset - Creating the world with our words
You Are Creating Your World With Your Words. This fascinates me. The words you speak aren’t just describing your life…They are shaping it. Have you caught yourself saying : “I’m not good enough.” “I’m too late.” “I’m not ready.” If you say it often enough, your world will agree. But what if you shifted it? to “I’m learning.”✨ “I’m growing.”✨ “I’m becoming.”✨ “This is stretching me.” Same life. Different language. Different outcome. One set of words keeps you in one place, where the other takes you forward into creating a different reality. Your home feels it. Your business feels it. Your children feel it. Your community feels it. Words create atmosphere. Can you feel the difference? 👇 What is one sentence you will upgrade this week?
Mindset - Creating the world with our words
This is powerful, @Leeanne Hurren Especially in a space like this where so many have spent years being strong for others the internal language becomes the quiet architect of what feels possible. What I’ve noticed in heart-led communities is this: when one person upgrades their words, it gives silent permission for others to do the same. Language shifts identity. Identity shifts action. A sentence I’m upgrading this week is I have to figure this out alone I’m allowed to build this with support. It feels lighter already. Curious to see what shifts ripple through the Collective as everyone makes their upgrade.
Passion Projects: A Love for Antiques & Thrifting
My mother- and father-in-law have the most beautiful passion for things of the past. Antiques.Thrifted treasures.Objects with history, character, and stories already woven into them. They don’t just shop — they hunt with intention. They have this quiet gift for manifesting exactly what they’re looking for… especially at garage sales. One moment I’ll never forget was the day my father-in-law, Kev, announced with complete confidence: “Today I will find a good chainsaw.” My brother-in-law laughed and said, “Oh mate… maybe in a small country town, but not in Sydney.” Well… By the end of the day, Kev had found three chainsaws —all under $5 each, all in good working order. We still laugh about it — but there’s something deeper in that story. Antiquing and thrifting aren’t just about bargains. They’re about:🪑 patience🧭 intuition♻️ reusing and valuing what already exists✨ trusting that what’s meant for you will show up There’s a certain joy in rescuing something forgotten and giving it new life —and a real satisfaction in seeing potential where others don’t. In this Passion Projects space, a love for antiques and thrift fits beautifully:• it’s mindful• it’s sustainable• it’s creative• it’s full of stories 💬 I’d love to hear from you:Have you ever manifested the exact thing you were looking for? Or do you have a favourite thrifted or antique find with a story behind it? Share below — these are the kinds of stories that never get old 💛

Love this story, Leeanne! There’s something magical about noticing potential where others don’t patience and intuition really do make the difference. I’ve had a few small finds that seemed random at first, but later became really meaningful once I gave them a place and purpose. It’s amazing how passion and attention can transform ordinary objects into stories worth keeping.
A passion for Giving Back to the Community
This one is a big passion of mine. I have had to pull in my reigns a little for the past 11 years as a foster mum, but I have still had the opportunity to do a little here and there. 💬 Let’s open the conversation:What does giving back look like for you right now? - Something you’re already involved in? - Something you feel drawn toward? - Or something you’d love to do more of in the future? One way that I have been able to keep this passion going is to volunteer at my daughters Special Needs School to help run a choir for the kids. This has been such a blessing and a joy to watch the kids start the practices with arms crossed and cranky eyes even, to at the end of the year shouting at the top of their lungs " 4 non blondes song : Whats going on.

This is powerful. Giving back doesn’t always have to be big sometimes it’s simply showing up consistently where you’re needed. Seeing that shift from resistance to joy says everything. Thanks for sharing this.
