Dreams to Action
Often, if you are like me, we can put our dreams on the "shelf". Have you ever said - I just have to do this first... or thought - oh my dream is too big - its not for me at the moment ... and then the next thing you are head over heels with "life" and your dream gets packed away on a shelf and in the "too hard" category. Now heres a thought. What if. What if you begin to familiarise yourself to your dream. What does your dream looked like. and started to experience a tiny aspect of the dream to keep your dream alive. What does this look like? Lets take an example: A simple but blissful dream- you have a dream for a day to yourself - where you can catch up on sleep. Breaking down the dream and familiarising yourself to the dream may look like clearing 15 minutes in your day for a power nap - including it in your schedule (if you have children - booking someone just to oversee them so that you can have guarded time for a rest). Another example: Surrounding yourself in nature and being one with the moment - this may mean simply researching where you would like to go, Making that beverage that you will take with you and visualising what it would be like to be at that location whilst you enjoy the beverage at a location that is similar - within your ability to do so. What can you do today that will get you closer to living out your dream day? What did I do to feel closer to my dream day? My dream is to be permanently living beside the coast as I am currently living in the Suburbs of Sydney at least 2 hours away from the coast. So to familiarise myself with my dream of living on the coast, I booked accomodation at a beach side location and put myself in the environment- going for a walk along the beach front... a simple action but definately brought a smile to my day. What actions that you have taken to make your dream day more familiar to you?

A moment when you recognised that you have grown
I had a moment tonight in a family meet up, where I recognised that I have grown. A comment that was thrown my way, which in the past would have taken me back and put me into a whirlwind of pain, was received and literally washed off my back as I was able to realise that it was "just the person's opinion and honestly did not make an impact on who I am. It made me realise how much I have grown through being around positive minded, respect upholding people every day, looking for the good in people. Have you you had a moment in time where you thought - oh wow. the old me would not have handled that so well....? or just a realisation that it is different today and you are grateful for the life lesson that brought you to now. I would love to hear your moment. #atimetoreflect

What life are you designing for yourself?
Tonight @Nicole Masseque and I have begun a program within our business community and are learning about the manifestion of what you desire and design for your life. What you focus on persists. What is one sentence that describes you in present tense....? I will give an example below in the comments
What life are you designing for yourself?
Be "that" person.
I am listening to Justin Prince "Be the One" and am inspired - One thing that Justin suggest is to Update your identity. We have a choice to change our identity as much as we would like to do so. These are the steps that he suggest to do when "updating your identity" Here is the Exercise that he suggests: What are 3 words that are aspirational discriptions of who you want to be. What you would like people to say of you. Write them down. 1. lean into those words. Be those words. Dont become but be. How would they respond, speak what would they do, what wouldnt they do. Treat these 3 words as your new identity. Be that person. Be the one that updates your identity.
Be "that" person.
“I need to travel more?”
Can you remember the moment when you said to yourself…“I need to travel more?” When did the “I want” become a “I need”? Why? that shift matters. “I want” sits in the background as it waits. But “I need”…That’s something deeper. It usually shows up when: - life starts to feel a bit predictable - you’ve been giving to everyone else - and something in you is ready for more then more stuff. And maybe it’s not even about travel. Maybe it’s about: - space to think - space to feel - space to reconnect with yourself We don’t ignore that feeling because of lack of care. Most people ignore it because they don’t know how to change things without disrupting everything. So they wait. But what if that “I need”…is actually the beginning of designing your life a little more intentionally? Lets do a poll: (I love these and I am a little travel inspired at the moment...) Where are you right now? 💬 What’s something in your life that’s quietly shifting from a want… to a need right now?
