Hey @everyone, if you know about that please comment. I'm working with a real estate agent and looking to generate the seller leads for him. I build a survey in gohighlevel and attach the Facebook and Instagram of my client. Now i know about the leads like about their property address, how soon they are looking to sell etc...! But, I'm confused in the workflow automations what type of workflow i need to setup as i cleared almost all the main question in the survey now how to separate the leads who are looking to sell quick, 1-3 months, 3-6 months? And what type of sms or emails should i need to automate. If anyone have done that stuffs or know about it let me know i need your help seriously Thank you in advance

Segment leads based on their selling timeline (e.g., immediate, 1-3 months, 3-6 months). Create separate workflows for each, with tailored SMS and emails. Immediate sellers need urgent follow-up, 1-3 months require nurturing content, and 3-6 months should get educational content. Use conditional logic to automate and ensure timely follow-ups. @Omar Bernardot Aside the reactivation stuff Do you know there are people who might be very interested in your cleaning service but doesnt know how to reach one. Getting their Leads and blasting sms/email campaign to them will make them hire your cleaning industry. What do you say about that?

Hi all!! one of our clients wants our bot to schedule appointments directly at one of their 42 offices, rather than redirecting them to the contact center for phone bookings. How can we set up the bot to determine the nearest office location for the user?

To enable the bot to find the nearest office for scheduling appointments, integrate geolocation services to access the user's location (with permission). This will allow the bot to calculate distances to the 42 offices and suggest the closest one. Alternatively, allow users to manually enter their location for convenience. I hope this is helpful.
