Training Update: Module 3 (Positioning) Release
Hey everyone, I wanted to give you a quick update on the new training I’m currently working on and, in particular, Module 3: Positioning. First — I want to apologise for the delay. I know many of you are waiting for this, and I genuinely appreciate your patience. The reason it’s taken longer than expected is simple: this module is a tremendous amount of work, and I’m being very intentional about how it’s built. Positioning is foundational. If it’s rushed, half-assed, or full of gaps, it creates confusion later on — which leads to more problems, more support requests, and ultimately worse results for you. I’d rather take the time now to do this properly than push something out quickly that causes friction down the track. The goal with this training is clarity, structure, and momentum — not patching holes after the fact. That means tighter explanations, better sequencing, and removing ambiguity wherever possible so you can actually apply this stuff with confidence. The good news: Module 3: Positioning will be released next week. It’s coming together really well, and I’m confident it’ll be worth the wait. Thanks again for your patience and understanding. I’m putting the work in because I want this to genuinely help you get better results — not just tick a box and move on. More soon. — John

Looking for Agency Owners & Marketers to Test a Review Management Tool (7-Day Free Access)
Hi everyone 👋 I’m currently looking for agency owners and marketers who’d be open to testing my Trust Tide Review Management — a platform built to help businesses (and agencies) collect, manage, and leverage online reviews more effectively. Before requesting access, please take a quick look at the short walkthrough video below so you can see exactly what the tool does and whether it’s relevant for you:👉 Watch Video Here What’s involved:• 7 days of free access to all features: • Use it as you normally would — ideally in a real-world scenario • Connect your own site or a clients site for testing (up to you) • Share your honest feedback after the trial (I will send you a link to provide your feedback 2-10 days after) What I’m specifically looking for feedback on: 1. How easy the platform is to use from an business/agency/marketer perspective 2. Whether it’s genuinely valuable for businesses, review managers, and reputation managers 3. Your experience using it on both desktop and mobile 4. Whether you’d recommend it as part of an ongoing marketing and review growth strategy If this sounds like something you’d like to be involved in, comment below or send me a message and I’ll share the access link. If you have any questions after watching the video, feel free to ask. This is a legitimate request for real-world testing and feedback, I would love this community to help me. Thanks in advance — your insight would be incredibly valuable. (fyi, I did seek permission to post first 😜)

AI Content Challenge
So far in the last few months, I had 2 clients saying our contents (mainly on new blog articles) are too much AI and not much human. Even though we use NeuronWriter to manually optimize them and increase their SEO score, but was wondering if there are better ways to do this and have something more human? At the end we are not subject-matter experts, so here can be a bit challenging too.

@John Romaine Yes, I think about 80% but we optimize it with NeuronWriter. Thanks for sharing that session, and yes that seems really interesting as well! Do you also have next steps to it? Like after we gather all that, how can we go about writing blog articles. Or maybe if there are some more examples of that too
Thinking about niches
Regarding niches, I have some great experience with eCom Store owners and Shopify Store owners.. But isn't that a bit of a broad niche? Like maybe saying "Lawyers" vs "Personal Injury Lawyers"? Does just targeting "Shopify Store Owners" makes sense? Or may it be too broad? Or then maybe like "Gym Equipment Store Owners"? which could be less broader niche.. What would the best niche targeting strategy be like for Meta Ads?

@John Romaine Yes correct, and we focus well on the everything else you mentioned. Yes eCom Store Owners is for sure broad. So was wondering then if even Shopify Store Owners is also broad? vs like "Gym Equipment Store Owners"?
Here's a list of 1,831 markets to help you choose a niche
As the title reads guys, I've just spent the best part of approximately 8 hours putting this exhaustive list together to help all of you choose a niche. This list should help get some ideas flowing - to help get you unstuck, especially if you're not sure where to start. This is a quick sample taken from the niche validation worksheet that I'll be providing in Module 3 - Positioning. Let me know if it helps. Download a copy of the niche list here

Wow, nice list! So if we were to start with a new niche, and we want to show some results or testimonials for those kind of clients, how can we go about this? Is it okay as a start to use some fake results or testimonials? Or maybe partner with someone who has real ones so that we can use?
