Niching advice
I know this group heavily focuses on niching down, and working with one sector/ industry. My original plan was to stick with that, but I have been getting a bunch of clients through referrals from friends in the digital industry. And would be stupid for me to not take the work on, as it is not difficult work. I have been working on standardising my product, and having the same processes for each client from on boarding to deliverables etc. To me it is not a problem at the moment, as I understand basic knowledge from each industry I work with. But fear from a scale perspective it can be a small problem. Although I do enjoy the variety, and understanding different businesses. What are your thoughts?

Yeah, I can relate to that a bit, especially on Upwork where you get clients of different niches/industries. So what you can do is have 2 different websites. One about your services for everyone and one for your services to a specific niche, especially for ads you'll need the website about your specific niche
Meta Ads Offer Ideas
Looking for some nice offer ideas I can test for ads. I asked ChatGPT about some, and here were some interesting ones: - If we don't identify 5 revenue opportunities, you get $100 - We'll show you exactly how competitors outrank you, or we'll send you $50 - No contracts, no long-term commitment. Just proven opportunities Then CTA will be "Request Review", or "Book a Call" Thoughts?

Yes, that was the best performing eCom client (Gym Equipment Store). The main results were in improving their rankings for their main collection pages, like Treadmills, exercise bikes, smith machines, etc.. I also totally agree that $50 - $100 will not mean much to them, but it still shows confidence that we can find them 5 revenue opportunities, so with that confidence in place it could still work

Or then instead of this "If we don't identify 5 revenue opportunities, you get $100" reword it to this? "We will identify you 5 revenue opportunities, 100% guaranteed"
White label SaaS
I came across an interesting ad and it's a SaaS tool called https://snowie.ai/ - I like the idea where I can easily have all that as under my own brand and feels like I'm a SaaS founder. Yet, not sure if this can be a good idea to then run ads for specific niches? And then upsell them SEO Is Voice Agent Chatbot that popular and on high-demand? Like $67 lifetime payment to whitelabel seems like a really good offer, but it can also create a lot of competitors

@John Romaine Yes for sure! I guess then for now will put aside white-labeling SaaS. And yes already watched some few videos on Module 2, but still have more to watch
Meta Ads stuff
I had a meeting with a FB Ads consultant. He suggested to use lead magnets, and lots of email automation to nurture them before getting them on a sales call. Yet, I know those who show interest in a lead magnet may have low intention for going into a monthly retainers. So should I still stick with ads that asks for a straight "Book a Call"?

Oh yes correct! I was thinking here same thing and yes those won't really convert well at all. For the training, I know you were updating everything. So I assume the ones right now Module 3 and 4 are all up to date?
RE: Business Level Positioning
I watched the video "Business Level Positioning", and at the end (Final Thoughts), you mentioned about optimal TAM size should be 100K+ or 1M+. So does that mean if I want to target "Personal Injury Lawyers", in USA, there must be at least 100K+ of them? What if a niche only has like 5K to 10K of them? Will then that be really hard to find such leads?

Oh I see, and yes makes sense. But was also wondering for Meta Ads, won't it then be harder to find that niche if it's just 5K to 10K? Because with broad targeting the audience size is usually like 1M+, so hope that won't be too big
