Managed pilates + 4 other gym visits

Back 20 ish years ago when I did a lot of running I was doing pilates once a week to try avoid injury etc. Been back doing it the last couple of months as I've found I've lost a lot of flexibility. So I start the week with pilates before doing a few of the council ft fit classes (the pilates instructor is good... The ft fit classes a bit hit and miss particularly in they're weights recommendations for someone my size)

I'm currently 15 stone 9 (ish) so heading away from 16... But needle seems to have stuck the last two weeks

@Iain Caldwell @Jean McMillan @Michael Mcbride Week 3 check in Go into lesson and read week 3 check in please 😊 I’m back on track ( hopefully) had a wee deload week and only took my 3 spin classes, no other training and cut my steps down Another couple of days at this then back in it Down to 90kg so 3kg overall - perfect How are you doing ? Let me know if you need any help

Last week and this week three gym visits... Although probably negated by extra pub visits. What day is the start of week Monday?

Last week I managed three trips to the gym. This week only two but I did do a 25k cycle tonight. Will start monitoring weight next week
