Welcome to the Forge Health Hub — here’s a quick guide to help you find your way around 👇 1. Start HereThis is your best first stop. Watch the intro videos and get a feel for how everything fits together. There is a walk you through it video there too 2. The ClassroomAll the main lessons live here: - Principles of Training - Nutrition Made Simple - Mindset Matters - Life Hacks - Supplements (for now) - Recipes (growing every week — you can share yours too!) - 3. The CommunityThis is where the real magic happens. Share wins, ask questions, and support each other. No question is too small — if you’re thinking it, someone else probably is too. 4. ChallengesKeep an eye out for challenges. These won’t always be monthly, but when they drop, it’s your chance to test yourself and get involved. 5. The Spartans - A men-only hangout within the Hub.
