@Iain Caldwell @Jean McMillan @Michael Mcbride Week 3 check in Go into lesson and read week 3 check in please 😊 I’m back on track ( hopefully) had a wee deload week and only took my 3 spin classes, no other training and cut my steps down Another couple of days at this then back in it Down to 90kg so 3kg overall - perfect How are you doing ?
