I got sick again after like being sick for a week but now I’m better(I haven’t worked out in like 3 weeks so I’m definitely expecting alot of fatigue) -15 mins handstand practice -tuck planch lifts -planche lean to tuck planche lean -mobility/stretches
Not the prettiest but I managed to hold with just a single foot/big toe on the wall. Think I need to tuck my hips under a bit more and move shoulders forward but I surprised myself!
