Week 3 – Final Automation Project Submission Project Title:PatientVault – Automated Patient Registration & Notification System During this week, I designed and implemented a practical automation workflow that demonstrates how multiple applications can be integrated using APIs and webhooks. The goal of the project was to simplify patient data registration and eliminate manual record keeping by building a connected automation system. Problem Many small clinics still register patient data manually. This process can lead to delayed documentation, missing records, and lack of real-time communication between systems. Solution To address this problem, I built an automation workflow that automatically collects patient information, stores it in a structured database, and sends instant notifications. A patient record is submitted through the PatientVault form. 2. The application sends the data to a webhook using an API request. 3. The Make automation scenario receives the data and processes it. 4. A new row is automatically created in Google Sheets. 5. A Telegram bot instantly sends a notification containing the patient information. https://prime-bridge-en-ar.lovable.app🚀 كيف انتهت هذه الرحلة بطريقة غير متوقعة؟ ماذا يحدث عندما يبدأ شخص بدون أي معرفة بالبرمجة… وبدون خبرة في الذكاء الاصطناعي… وبدون خبرة في الأتمتة؟ هل يمكن لشخص مبتدئ تماماً أن يبني نظاماً حقيقياً يعمل من الصفر؟ قبل عدة أشهر لم أكن أعرف كيف أبني Workflow أو كيف أربط بين الأنظمة أو كيف أعمل أتمتة لأي عملية. واليوم تمكنت من بناء نظام أتمتة كامل ومنصة تعليمية تعمل فعلياً. وهذا هو مشروع التخرج الخاص بي. لكن السؤال الحقيقي هو: 👉 ما المشكلة التي يحلها هذا النظام؟ Prime Tech Academy هي شركة تدريب ناشئة.وكحال معظم الشركات الناشئة، فإن الفريق صغير والموارد محدودة. إدارة العمليات يدوياً مثل: • تسجيل الطلاب• متابعة عمليات الدفع• تنظيم المواد التعليمية• متابعة تقدم الطلاب• إدارة الاختبارات يمكن أن تصبح عملية مرهقة جداً. لذلك قررت بناء نظام تعلم مؤتمت بسيط يساعد في حل هذه المشكلة. ⚙️ ماذا يفعل هذا النظام؟ يمكن للطالب من خلال التطبيق: 1️⃣ التسجيل في البرنامج التدريبي2️⃣ اختيار الدبلوم المناسب3️⃣ إتمام عملية الدفع4️⃣ استلام رسالة تأكيد تلقائية عبر البريد الإلكتروني5️⃣ الوصول إلى جميع المواد التعليمية في مكان واحد كل برنامج تدريبي يحتوي على: • فيديوهات تعليمية مسجلة• ملفات PDF قابلة للتحميل• اختبارات لقياس الفهم يجب على الطالب إكمال جميع الجلسات داخل المنصة. 📊 إذا حصل الطالب على 80% أو أكثر في جميع الاختبارات يصبح مؤهلاً للحصول على الشهادة. لكن قبل إصدار الشهادة هناك خطوة أخيرة. يجب على الطالب اجتياز اختبار شفهي قصير مع المدرب للتأكد من الفهم الحقيقي للمحتوى. 🧠 كيف يعمل النظام من الناحية التقنية؟ خلف الكواليس يعتمد النظام على عدة أدوات مترابطة: • التطبيق لإدارة التسجيل والوصول إلى المحتوى• حفظ بيانات الطلاب تلقائياً في Google Sheets• تخزين نفس البيانات في Supabase Database• إدارة الأتمتة باستخدام Make.com• إرسال رسائل بريد إلكتروني تلقائية للطلاب بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع: 🔓 يتم فتح جميع الجلسات المقفلة📚 ويبدأ الطالب رحلة التعلم من التسجيل → الدفع → التعلم → الاختبارات → الشهادةكل العملية تتم عبر نظام مؤتمت واحد. ما يجعل هذه الرحلة مميزة بالنسبة لي ليس فقط بناء التطبيق… بل أنني بدأت هذه الرحلة من الصفر تماماً.

**Week 2 Completion – Integration Project** In Week 2, I built an automation workflow connecting multiple applications using APIs and webhooks. **Applications used** * Lovable App (Patient Form) * Make (Automation platform) * Google Sheets (Database) * Telegram Bot (Notifications) **Workflow** ```text Lovable Patient Form → Make Webhook → Google Sheets → Telegram Bot ``` When a patient record is submitted from the Lovable application, the webhook sends the data to Make. The automation scenario then adds the patient information to Google Sheets and sends a notification message through Telegram. **API Concept** The integration works through API communication. This project was a practical exercise in running a complete AI operation cycle from concept to live deployment.
