Week 3: Task 1 (Run complete operation cycle)
Most people think an AI project means building a model. But the real challenge is running the complete AI operation cycle.
As part of my AI Diploma (AI Operator track), I operated a full AI workflow using a real digital product:
Tadabur Quran – a platform designed to help users organize Quran reading and reflection in a structured way.
Instead of focusing only on development, the project focused on the operational side of AI systems:
✔ Defining the real problem
✔ Structuring the data (Quran chapters & reflection content)
✔ Integrating AI to support smart search and content organization
✔ Deploying the application as a live platform
✔ Monitoring usage and system interaction
✔ Iterating for continuous improvement
Key lesson: AI success isn’t just about building models — it’s about designing, operating, and improving intelligent systems in real environments.
This project was a practical exercise in running a complete AI operation cycle from concept to live deployment.
