Hey Prime Movers!!! I had SO MUCH fun this week, hanging out everyday! Today I've been recovering a little bit, but plan to start dropping some more cool stuff in here (as well as the 'One-To-Many Mastery' group, and the 'Conversation Domination' groups - for those who upgraded to Prime Mover Foundations). But... before I go turn on the UFC fights... I wanted to give you guys something real quick that I think you'll LOVE!!! I am planning on posting our split test results each week so you guys can model them in your funnels, but thought I'd share this one for today. I published this book about 10 years ago, but 95% of the tests inside of it are VERY relevant. I still use this myself as a guild when we launch any funnels. Also... on page 137 is where I show you the actual trial closes I inserted into our webinar to increase our DPL (Dollar Per Lead) from $9.45 to $16.50!!!! A 75% increase in sales, but just adding trial closes!!! I hope you guys love it... It would mean the world to me if you'd post your biggest 'ah-ha' from this book in the comments below. I got a commission today that I wasn't expecting. I didn't expect it because when I referred the person to the program, I did it without really thinking about it. I thought it would help them, I gave them the link, and didn't have any expectations about what would happen. Some time went by, and I kind of forgot about it. I just figured they went a free route it offered. Then today I got the payout. It reminded me of something I thought I had learned years ago at the beginning of my massage career, which has made a huge difference there. I was missing it with my affiliate business, though, and I think it's been one of the main things holding me back. What's the lesson? Let go of the expectation. Don't focus on the outcomes. Focus on doing what's right by people with the understanding that the outcome you want will come. It may not come from this person, but it will come. Alex Hormozi talks about this a lot. He says not to focus on the outcome. Focus on the inputs. You can control the inputs, but you can't control the outcomes. Either way you want to see it, the scenario is the same. Focus on doing the things that lead people to become clients, not the outcome. To get more of the outcome, do the inputs a lot.

My community hit an important milestone. We crossed the 100-member line! How did I do it? I did it by showing up regularly in a handful of communities and giving value. I jump in, celebrate with people, share my wins and what I'm learning, answer the questions I can, and generally be of service. I take the approach of finding ways to give and connect. The second thing that I do is post regularly in my community. I don't just post random stuff. I make posts that are thought-provoking and valuable. When people get value, they stay. Thought-provoking posts get people to engage, and engagement is one of the metrics that move your community closer to the top of the discovery page. That means it's more likely that a community will be found by people searching for one to join. If I had to boil this all down to one phase, it would be, "give value." What's one way you can give value here or in another community today?
