Question?
Hey, I attended to the day six in Dec but havent received the files promised to come in Jan. Should they have already come to everyone even if you're not attending to the paid 6 week challenge?
Day 5 - Delayed but done
Wrapped up my Day 5 questions last evening. On a very large scale, I’m not a fan of reframing events, especially when they are hurtful, primarily because my brain knows what I’m trying to do, rendering it ineffective. In the Transformation Report, there were zero calls to “reframe” anything. Simply put, it took aspects of life and placed them in context, my ADHD context, not the neurotypical context. I truly hope all who completed the 5 days read through their report and can say the same thing.

Catching up!
I'm catching up and just done day 1...wow! Planning on bingeing ready for tomorrows call. So much made sense , the AI questionnaire is scarily accurate but in a great way. Really excited & optimistic to find out more about myself and 'evolve' away from the 'I'm broken/not good enough' thinking! Thank you for these amazing resources Jim!❤️‍🔥

Nice work being able to catch up even if you weren't since the beginning! It soo easy to just leave behind and forget these kind of things. Yay you!

Day 4 ✅ Done! 📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: [social relationships and physial wellbeing] 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: [I hang out much on the screens before I get to bed] 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: [I also wake up and first take the screen at hand] 🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop: I did close my loop on day three, and I chose also another loop that I've been procrastinating a while and that is cleaning a particular plae at home that I hate doing and I did it today! 💭 And it made me feel: [proud and someone who can achieve things once deciding to do them] 🤯 What surprised me: [that I could do so much more in the mornings when I don't just lay in bed with the screen first thing in the morning]
