I wish to congratulate you @Godwin Mbah for this wonderful masterpiece. As you could notice, i was driving so i wasn't sitting in a learning enviroment from the beginning but i was able to follow till the last quarter and i found it interesting and mind blowing. Thanks a million. Just waiting recorded version of that lesson.

A UK-based car rental company, DriveFlex Ltd, has outgrown spreadsheets and is now using Salesforce to manage their vehicle bookings. But things are falling apart fast… 🚗 Vehicles are being tracked under the Product object 📅 Rental bookings are being created as Opportunities 🧍‍♂️ Customers are added as Leads, but never converted 📊 Management can’t track which vehicle is booked when, or by whom They want to know: ✅ Which customer booked which vehicle, for what dates ✅ How many times a vehicle has been rented ✅ Which rentals are active, upcoming, or overdue ✅ Accurate reports on bookings by region, customer, and vehicle As the new Admin, you’ve been asked to clean this up and fast. B creat custom object for vehicle and bookings, linking it to the customer and his contacts which will help management track who rented the vehicle with records of time and date.

You have just been hired as the Salesforce Admin for a UK based consulting company. Here is the problem. Sales reps are complaining that they can see each other’s Opportunities, even when they should only work on their own deals. Managers want visibility into their team’s records. The business does not want to change Profiles or object permissions because those are already correct. The goal is simple. Sales reps should only see their own Opportunities. Set opportunity organization-wide default to private>Profiles will not be changed ,Sales reps can only see opportunities they own and the managers can see their subordinate's records (via hierarchy role)
