@Sally Prendergast Thanks Sally, I went to do it, only to discover that I had already done it and obviously was so traumatised by the experience I forgot I've already done it 😆 I think in hindsight, my issue was having to add every single day individually and mark it 'closed' etc, rather than being able to input a date range which was what my brain wanted to do. But hey, gotta roll with the system!! Thanks, Helen
Direct email marketing question
Hi @Sally Prendergast , I'm struggling to write a direct email sequence to a group of new enrolments without being overwhelming. I have a combination of information to get across, but also an offer I want to get across. In one email it feels like too much stuff, but two emails feels like they are disconnected and I am spamming them. Both the information and the offer are time sensitive so I don't want to push out the timeframe. I'm feeling a bit stuck! I thought about putting the offer on it's own 'landing page' as such to reduce the amount of info in the actual email. Is that a good idea, or is that bad because then it's not right in front of their eyeballs. Any advice?

Hi @Sally Prendergast - I'm trying to update the Q&A section on my Google Business Profile, but I don't seem to be able to add questions (or answers 😂). When I click on that section I get this - even though that's the instructions Google gave me to do...! Have you come across this?
