Safe community and connection
Safety is where healing begins. So many of us are trying to grow, heal, manifest, communicate better, or change our lives while our nervous system is still in survival mode. When the body does not feel safe, it will always prioritise protection over expansion. Safety is not only about what is happening around us — it is also about what is happening within us. Safety in the body means noticing whether we are living in a constant state of tension, hyper-vigilance, shutdown, people-pleasing, or emotional reactivity. These are often signs that our system has learned to survive rather than rest. Our body keeps the score of past experiences, trauma, stress, and environments that once taught us that the world was not safe. Safety in our environment matters too. The spaces we spend time in, the relationships we are surrounded by, the conversations we engage in, and even the content we consume all communicate messages to the nervous system. Do I need to brace? Do I need to perform? Do I need to protect myself? Or can I soften here? And then there is safety in community. Healing was never meant to happen in isolation. Safe community gives us something profoundly reparative: the experience of being seen, accepted, and supported without judgment. It reminds the body that connection does not always equal danger. That being vulnerable does not always lead to rejection. That we can belong and still be fully ourselves. One of the most powerful ways to begin creating internal safety is through heart coherence. When we slow down and breathe intentionally — especially through the heart space — we send signals of safety to the body and brain. Gentle, rhythmic breathing begins to regulate the nervous system, soften stress responses, and bring us back into the present moment. Try breathing slowly for 5 counts in and 5 counts out while focusing your awareness on your heart. As you breathe, bring in the energy of loving kindness: May I be safe. May I be held. May I be at peace. May I trust myself.

Building self confidence
Integration of ego to higher self, consistency of honouring the commitments you make to yourself, living well and as your authentic self, showing up for yourself to build self trust, repeating your choices of doing whats best for you because you are worthy. https://youtu.be/JK_JKRiRGZY?si=0L5PobG0xQx6PbCl Self confidence is something we can cultivate and be aware of everyday to support ourselves to live in our light, integrate our shadow without shame and regulate our nervous system through consistency of inner work, self trust, boundaries and showing up for ourselves as our best self. Is your self confidence where you need it to be to be stable in yourself regardless of external validation or circumstances? Tx

Just listened to that video and it's quite powerful. Thank you for sharing! It is an ongoing sort of journey as we accept and integrate more and more of ourselves. Self trust is huge!
Being held by nature
Today i swivelled my feet deep into the sand, and let the waves wash over me in the shore (up to my thighs) whilst i stood being held by mumma Gaia. The moon was visible as was the sun so i raised my arms and put one hand towards the moon and one to the sun and stood arms up and open, chest proud, in full recharge mode, in maximum appreciation of nature and the earth. It fully recharged my batteries and tears rolled down my eyes as whatever i had been holding was released into the ocean. I then gave an offering of crystals to the ocean and asked for a manifestation. Then i did a deep Fascia workout with the trainer here. Earlier i meditated and read my Yogi book. I danced in the waves to music. Today really has been mind, body and soul work. Im being called so much more towards nature I wonder how long i will stay living in London, and if retreats are in my future. Im manifesting a few things that i really want to share with you all. Whatever you have planned this weekend how can you weave in more mind, body and soul nourishing things to release anything you're holding onto and then recharge up the new? So much love, light, peace and abundance to you all. Tx

@Tina Woods I think it would all work out well! How can it not?! Haha
Life is short
This vessel is short lived. I turned 45 this week . I could have 35, 40 or so summers left to live, as this incarnation of Tina. I believe my soul doesn’t die but my body will and this version of my experience will expire and transform to something else. So with this time we have what are we learning, experiencing, sharing with the world, what impact have we had and are having and are we living life to the fullest. We get so caught up in ego stuff, muggle life, day today, the past, old experiences, limiting beliefs, grind that we forget the biggest part of life is to live it. Have experiences. Get those life level points. Clear your karma. Integrate your life lessons, find your peace ✌️ What muggle lower ego stuff can you release today and what bigger or new experiences can you embrace? Tx

Happy birthday! 🥳 It's funny how the older we get the more we question how we are living and what kind of legacy we will leave behind once we move on from this life. ❤️ I want to embrace more loving presence in my muggle routine today and let go of the mental pressure of schedules and to-do lists. 🥰
Self Care Sunday
Happy Self Care Sunday. The sun is out in London which is always exciting as i know i spend too much time inside with the work that I do so today ill be going for walks and reading in the garden. But first yoga, workout and meditation. Im all packed and ready to fly to Tunisa tomorrow for my birthday, im excited to get my feet in sand, swim and relax. Deep breaths, dropping into my body and listening to the ocean, to nature, feeling the warm sun on my skin will give me a sense of wellbeing i havent had for a while so im excited for that. What does your Self Care Sunday and plans ahead look like? Are you building in ways to fill your cup or just building a to do list to bosh through with no you time (if so please relook at that). Tx
