Lately I’ve been working with a healthcare client. A lot of the work has just been about making life easier for the front desk. Less missed calls. Less juggling. Smoother appointment flow. And making sure tricky situations still reach a human when they should. Projects like this remind me that the best solutions aren’t always exciting, they just remove friction from everyday work.
