I was getting few replies with offering a cold email engine - I thought it would work because my thought is "many agencies need clients?".. so I did that for months, but got maybe like 5 replies over months, and they weren't even that enthusiastic. But I've been watching videos recently on Gemini 3 Pro, and was fascinated by the design, and started offering "Free website redesigns" to agencies .. and literally now they're a lot more excited, and replies are daily. It's also scalable if you think about it. Today me and my business partner went down our list and reactivated a bunch of old leads. We hopped on a call with them, and ended up closing them. They paid 1.2k up front and will pay the rest at launch + ad spend. They are going to pay 2.5k each month + ad spend for AI & Marketing services! Absolute win considering that we were simply reactivating leads!
