Quick intro: I work on AI automation & workflow systems, mainly helping real estate and service-based businesses turn AI into actual operations (lead handling, follow-ups, CRM, handoffs).

One thing I’ve noticed across a lot of AI projects (especially in real estate):Most problems don’t come from the AI model — they come from how the system is designed.

If the workflow is unclear:• AI sounds smart but doesn’t convert• Leads slip through cracks• CRMs turn messy fast• Automations break under real usage

When the system is designed properly:• AI responds instantly• Leads are qualified correctly• Humans step in at the right moment• Everything stays clean and scalable
