Day 40 is live – Burpee Run Ladder
This one is not for the faint-hearted. Start with 20 Burpees + 400m Run, then 19 Burpees + 400m Run, then 18… all the way down to 1 Burpee + 400m Run. Cap: 35 min. Warm-up: 5 min jog, then 2Ɨ (6 burpees + 200m run). Scale: 200m runs, or start at 15 Burpees instead of 20. This is pure grind – mental and physical. 1st Week Done āœ…
I really enjoyed this first week . Not too tough but hard enough . Great to have some structure for the training. Can't wait for week 2
