This one is not for the faint-hearted.
Start with 20 Burpees + 400m Run, then 19 Burpees + 400m Run, then 18… all the way down to 1 Burpee + 400m Run.
Cap: 35 min.
Warm-up: 5 min jog, then 2× (6 burpees + 200m run).
Scale: 200m runs, or start at 15 Burpees instead of 20.
