Several months ago I tested an Assistable account with a reseller and decided not to move forward. I recently signed up with another reseller and every thing works fine but a couple of my main sub-accounts are showing an Admin Lock. I spoke with the original reseller but he has deleted that workspace so doesn't have access to the locations anymore. I sent a DM to Jordan last week but have not heard back. (I realize he is busy with more important issues) Is there another way to get someone from Assistable to check this out and release the Admin Locks on those locations?
