Welcome aboard, @Brian von Kraus! It’s an honor to have you here. I’m curious to learn more about the 2026 CEO Circle you and Rob are connected with. Sounds like a powerful group. Make sure to hit the Pinned Welcome Post for the lay of the land, and if you haven't seen it yet, the No-Chase Delegation Bot is a great place to start with the material. Glad to have your perspective in the group. 👍
New here? Perfect. You're 10 minutes away from your first real win
Most communities give you more content to read. We give you a tool to use right now. First, watch the welcome video. Then, do these 3 things: 1. Post your intro: - Name / Role / Organization size - Biggest weekly time sink OR decision bottleneck - One dream outcome for the next 90 days 2. Explore the Leadership Toolkit (Classroom → Free Tools). Choose one tool that solves a current bottleneck. Some tools include a short tutorial. Others are simple checklists or templates. Download the tool and put it to work this week. 3. Post your result: Share which tool you used and what changed. If you get stuck, ask a question. What you'll get: A practical leadership tool with clear success criteria and boundaries, so you can lead with more clarity and less chasing. Ready? Start below. We'll be watching for your first real win.

Have you taken the Delegation Sabotage Audit yet?
Okay, real talk: how many of you have actually taken the Delegation Sabotage Audit that Rob dropped in Free Tools this week? 🕵️ It’s a quick self assessment (5 minutes) that helps you spot the habits quietly sabotaging your delegation. It uncovers things like assigning tasks without explaining your intent, handing off work without defining "done," hovering for updates, requiring permission for every small decision, or jumping in to save the day yourself. I took it and immediately saw where I’ve been holding myself back: doing it myself because I think it’s faster. Spoiler: it isn’t. 😅 Here’s what I’d like to know: - If you’ve taken it: What did you discover about your habits? What’s the first thing you’re going to change? - If you haven’t taken it yet: Grab it from Free Tools, take five minutes, and come back here to tell us what you found. Let’s learn from each other’s sabotage habits. It’ll be humbling, but that’s where the growth is.

Operational Recovery Checklist: Recover Like an Operator
Team, This week between the holidays is meant for more than just coasting. It’s for a tactical pause. In Special Forces we run recovery almost like a phase of the mission: we debrief what happened, refit our gear, and set the conditions for the next operation. Business is no different—if you skip recovery now, you pay for it in January. I’ve dropped an Operational Recovery Checklist into Free Tools to make this easy. It walks you through: - a brief After‑Action Review for your biggest initiatives   - a short list of what stops now so the team can breathe   - how to define “urgent” so your emergency inbox stays quiet   - a personal reset plan to take care of yourself (physical, mental, relationships, spiritual) Grab it at the link below, run through it, and let us know below: What’s one thing you’re going to *stop* doing this week so you can recover properly? We’ll be checking in once a day. See you on the high ground. https://www.skool.com/the-green-beret-way/classroom/c316391c?md=e8536bfffa56405d9dafb07f471e2a93

This is such a good reminder, and I'm definitely guilty of ignoring it. After a big launch or push, my instinct is to just collapse and immediately move on to the next thing. But skipping the debrief and the "gear check" means I'm starting the next sprint totally unprepared. I need to get better at pausing and asking: "What worked? What didn't? What do we need to tighten up before we do this again?" The checklist in Free Tools is solid. If you haven't grabbed it yet, do yourself a favor.
