What a GREAT podcast It totally aligned with what I was exploring just before I listened to the replay. I have been in a group exploring spiritual integration and purpose for nearly 18 months.Lately whenever I try to attune to that group I no longer feel the alignment that I did . I could just depart from the group but I have 2 very dear close friends that still feel deeply aligned. to the group. Now I am noticing that my purpose isn’t a fixed point I have to reach or figure out; it’s the ongoing rhythm between inner regulation and expression. When your breath is open and your heart feels real, you’re already on purpose — regardless of what form it takes that day. I shared this clarity with my friends, perhaps our friendship will survive me leaving that group So thank you for such deep wisdom and crisp insights into resistance, purpose and even fear, perfect timing 🥰
