Being active in a community to be rewarded?
Now that I am in 5 different Skool communities, I am already overwhelmed with "having" to interact and post just in order to get access to the locked videos/courses. If this is just the beginning of Skool, soon there will be tons of communities for everything, like on Facebook. How is this going to work out for users? My opinion: I would rather pay a fee to get direct access to courses and videos than spend time. For a hobby topic it might be different. I might indulge in comments and interaction, but for business ? Would be interested about your opinions/experiences on this.

@Sandra Madison Yes, you put so much better in words, than I could've, why I feel (felt?) unsure of having a skool group myself. I love the idea of gifting resources to my most active members, because I know from my facebook group years that active, positive group members practically pay for themself. But I would be the autistic person who seldom has the social energy left for interaction, so would I "punish" people like me. But I also like the perspective @Joy Bamsile brought in. It could be an incentive. I also think, it's extremely dependent on the type of group and how steep the point levels are. My potential group would be a free group about exploring local wildflowers and botanical watercolours. You'd basically "only" would have to dare to post your first try, your first picture (for example of the level 0 tutorial). A lot of likes would be guaranteed. ... All that just to say thank you for your perspective...I'm this 🤏 close to start my free group now😅
Expiring Bonuses or Discounts?
Hi Everyone, I'm in the process of updating my digital product funnels. I'm curious, what makes you want to "buy now" Expiring Bonuses or Expiring Discounts?

For myself it's generally the expiring discounts. I've thought about purchasing the product and want to profit from the lower price. The bonus on the other hand is seldom the turning point, where I make my decision. (Since I already want the main offer.) But for my customers it's definitely an expiring bonus, especially if it's time specifi, like a live session, that's starting the day/week after cart-close.
What’s your favorite way to keep track of all your ideas?
Creators tend to have a ton of ideas all the time— especially if you’re multi-passionate! What’s your favorite way of keeping track of them so they don’t all live in your head?

I've got a Notionpage for quick idea input. (I also organize my Projects and Content in Notion) and I also use a Notebook, because I often need the "pen on paper" feeling and the possibility to draw a little diagram to get the idea out :) From time to time, but at least, when the notebook is full, I go through and copy anything important and worthwhile over to my Notion Database.
Unusual KPIs you track in your business
This is one of my favorite questions to ask other business owners: what's an unusual or unexpected KPI you track in your business? Since I expanded one of my brands from B2E to B2C, I have a few unique metrics I use to gauge how well the audience is broadening beyond business owners that I look at: - How many new Instagram followers have either private or "unbranded" accounts - How many referrals I get from dark social to gauge word of mouth in the B2C space - How many new email subscribers have a non-business email address

I'm tracking (or more accurate checking in with) the number of "artist's dates" I had in a month. That's me exploring, going on a photo walk, visiting a museum, going to the cinema, whatever fills my inspiration bucket - most importantly doing it alone (leaving even the dog at home, so I can let my thoughts wonder.)😊 Checking it the same time, I'm looking at my typical KPIs like sales, because I want them to have the same importance and remind myself that my creative soul is a central asset in my business.
Champagne Client Content Kit - Creating a Content Vault
I'd love to know if and how anybody else is organizing their content (ideas). I'm working on systematically creating Evergreen Content pieces (using the Champagne Client Content Kit), so I can reuse it in E-Mail Sequences, Promotion, etc. Since i already have created a lot of content in the past, I want to make sure I also audit, what older content I can up-cycle. I started building out a Notion Page with linked databases for the Core Content and my messaging/statements. I want to add the different client phases, so I can make sure I offer relevant, transforming content pieces for every client phase. (And corresponding product offer.) At the moment this vault is in it's building stage, being filled out with stuff I already have written. But I'm already using it to decide what kind of content to create next, - the feeling being, that I can systematically stuff gaps in m marketing content 😄 But it also get's bulky fast... so do any of you have found a usefull way to organize your evergreen content?

@Kori Tomelden That's why I put it in Notion, I plan and write my Content there anyway :)

@Mariah Coz Yes, thank you. Having the Evergreen Archive Content seperate from the actual Content Calendar is a good point.
