GoHighLevel CRM Pricing for clients vs Alternative CRMs
Hi Everyone. I am struggling a bit to justify to myself and potential clients the pricing of the CRM solution at $200 or $300 per month, when it seems like alternatives such as Zoho CRM can do pretty much exactly the same for them for 10% of the price... what am I missing here? What are the additional features or capabilities or the USP for GHL over e.g. Zoho that would allow me to charge an amount like that? I would love to hear people's thoughts and advice on this, and perhaps some examples of how you all structure your offers and sell the features to your clients.

@Mark Mage just to be clear i am not questioning the price that we as agency owners pay for GHL. I think it's more than fair. I’m talking about on selling the white labelled platform to clients, where I see others charging $300 a month for it when their clients could get similar features including integration on something like Zoho. But I’ve been down a Zoho rabbit hole now and things do add up there. So all depends on what exactly the clients needs. But if they for instance just need a CRM system and to send some reminders and reply to social media or Google posts, and only for 1 or 3 staff members to use it, then Zoho is significantly cheaper
Opportunity Value
Hi Everyone. Curious what you guys capture in the Opportunity Value field when you have a once-off sign-up fee as well as a recurring charge? Do I just capture the MRR value?
