Hi Kevin, I did not want to derail the conversation on the call today; I was benefiting from the thread we were on too much...but I do have a random question about pipeline metrics reporting: At this stage of the game for OTP (we do not have a ton of deals baking) would you recommend weighting our pipeline value, as a factor of % confidence in closing against the dollar amount of the deal? Or just KISS at this point?
Question: has anyone found or is currently using a digital business card application (there are a few out there) that integrates contacts into Benchmark One? We are hoping to use digital cards, and I have been researching some options. One of the things I would think I want is integration into the CRM (we are using BM1). Thoughts...?
Hi Kevin 😁 Thank You for following up on this for me. I like the idea of being able to scan a prospect's card directly into the CRM, especially if OTP is using digital cards; we would have our phones out to exchange the digital card if I was at an event or something. We'd prefer to use digital cards if we can; we aren't the ones throwing a card into the fishbowl to win the chachkie, our customers are, hahaha. I'm not familiar with Zapier yet; I know Melissa is and is the one of us using that tool currently. I'll ask her about that next week. Have a Wonderful Labor Day Weekend!
