Lots of pushups today, did about 100 before moving on to dips. Dips to chest as low as I can to train the muscle up transition. Trained 40 hours fasted and tomorrow will be weighted pull-ups to train the other part of the muscle up šŖ
@Siew Tan honestly not too bad! Itās when I spam the rings with the ring pushups getting a deep stretch I really feel the next day. A staple of mine is just a 10 sets of 10 every minute on the minute, or 5 sets of 20 EMOM. These days I feel better fasted but I change up the fasting periods between 20 and 40 hours. The exercises feel better for me on a fasted dayā¦specially when practicing the crow etc
@Tracey Snape thank you! Yes itās been a game changer adding rings to the set up! I find I can just play on the rings daily and 45 mins to an hour passes by and Iāve accidentally done a full body workout. I have a full gym collecting dust because if the rings!
