Different Lead Gen Biz Models?
I'm curious what is seen as the best model if you don't have case studies yet. Furthermore, how you adjust your pricing and contracts accordingly. For example, If you do a pay per lead structure, how do you calculate what you will charge per lead for that market, and if that changes, or you go after another market, how do you seamlessly adjust the contract according to that difference? Additionally, if pay per lead wouldn't be the best structure, what is, and how do you determine what you charge? Any advice is appreciated. Still learning as much as I can and very new to this.
