Look, so far we've covered: ✅ Goal Setting (the in-depth version) ✅ Michael Phelps breathing trick ✅ Visualization ✅ Basic nutrition for swimmers ✅ Desired identity statement ✅ You've gathered A LOT of evidence that supports your new identity 🔥 Keep the momentum going, 5 more weeks until we know who wins a brand new race suit of your choice!!! More and more fire badges are starting to appear I love it!! In today's training we have time for questions to make sure we're not leaving anybody behind. After that, we do a little magic together ok? It's gonna be workshop-style which means I'll ask you a series of questions that you can just answer in the comments. And at the end, you'll all have a massive done-and-ready improvement for this week. - No breakout rooms - No having to speak in front of everyone else ☺️

I am the kind of swimmer who looks apon the smallest details in my stroke - I corrected my hand position on my free - I focused on my dives and where I landed in the water - Done 4-5 underwater kicks every wall Nutrition/hydration: 8/10 Visualisation:✔️

today my nationals have started i swam: 400free:5:18...pb11s 100back:1:19...i didnt pb and was very disappointed ☹️ relay4•100free: 1:08... pb 0,30s but i wasn't happy with the result so today wasn't really good but it will be better tomorrow...i'll post more tomorrow evening

so yesterday i had a competition in Kranj 🏊‍♀️ i swam: 100 IM: 1:17 ( pb 2 sec) i could go better but i was so happy 😀 because i got the norm 100free: 1:08 (pb 5sec) i am soo happy with the result,i also got the norm and i get to swim in a relay on nationals (which are next week)💯💯 i am very happy 😊 thanks for reading 📖

Im the kind of swimmer who loves every bit of training - I went gym with a friend of mine and done arms and chest - Done some stretches after gym - Played some badminton with my friends and won Nutrition and hydration: 8/10 Visualisation: ✔️

I am the type of swimmer who is determined to achieve their goal from the beginning - Drank a protein shake after training - I read a Portuguese book to my family - I pushed through my morning session and evening session Nutrition/hydration: 7/10 Visualisation: ✔️

100 free - 1:01.41 200 back - 2:24.98 (second place by miliseconds of the national champion) 50 fly - 32.26 200 free - 2:16.23 (was right after the 200 back so i was quite tired) 50 free - 28.54 (i was in lane 9 and the guy next to me done breastroke😭)
