WE know Why the IDGs are essential, but can we explain How they help to implement the SDGs?
Hello! Last Friday we asked you to share ALL the reasons WHY the IDGs make a difference in organizations, here is a high level synthesis of your valuable contributions: Key reasons the IDGs are Essential: 1. Long-term Vision and Purpose Alignment 2. Inclusive and Empathetic Culture 3. Framework for Professional Growth and Team Development 4. Enhanced Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Success 5. Transformative Leadership and Cultural Supercharging 6. Practical Integration into Work-Life Now we need to think about the WHY. WHY does this matter?
