Why Tina CRUSHE$ and Tim LOSES...
Tim does not know the difference between DELIVARABLES AND THE OFFER. He can't get leads. He can't make sales. TINA... Can come up with an OFFER IDEA on her first cup of coffee... And COLLECT $10K before dinner. She KNOWS the DIFFERENCE between the DELIVERABLES and the OFFER! Tim HATES selling and finds it's stressful and no fun. Tina LOVES selling and finds it soooo fun to help others. My question to YOU, my friend. šŸ‘‰What is the DIFFERENCE between DELIVERABLES and THE OFFER?šŸ‘ˆ šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡ Rooting For Ya, Travis

I see it as -> What they get (deliverables) -> The opportunity to be a better version of themselves (offer) Now that I write it, I am guilty of playing Tim šŸ˜‚
How would you monetize a 100K-member Houston jobs group?
Someone reached out wanting me to run an auction inside a Houston-based jobs group with over 100,000 members. Most posts are either ā€œI need a job in Houstonā€ or ā€œWe’re hiring.ā€ I’m guessing he’s already monetizing by pinning posts for a fee… but he wouldn’t say. Wouldn’t jump on Zoom. Stays anonymous. No relationship with his people. So I passed. But now I’m wondering… Is there an angle I missed? It’s a hyper-specific niche. And jobs = money. If you had access to such a group, how would you monetize it?

A group like that would be a good place to do pre-auctions for offers you have access to (your own, licensed, deals) and make sense. If there is enough interest, you can run the auction. Some offer ideas "How to land your highest paying job in Houston in the next 30 days" "How to craft attention-grabbing resumes that make you the best candidate from the start"
Need help with this response
I'm talking to a Skool community owner who launched last week and already has 90 members. He has a YouTube channel with 30K subscribers in the Data science niche. Covers n8n in his videos primarily. He had seen my $5K from a 60-person audience so I suggested He should run an auction. But He refused saying that He wants to scale the community to 500 - 1k members before monetizing. I'm thinking of going with his focus and responding with either: "That's smart. Monetization gets way easier once you’ve got motion. If you want a sneaky shortcut though, auctions aren’t just for cash, they’re jet fuel for engagement and can help you rank higher on Skool discoery page. Even running one with ā€œpointsā€ or ā€œaccessā€ prizes can get your next 100 members tagging friends just to play. You grow and you train the group to take action." Or" "Sounds like a plan. Lemme know if you ever need help running an auction." Which one should I go with? Or should I respond with something totally different?

He can invite people to participate in the auction inside the skool group. Position the auction as a fun way to grow the group instead of boring invites. Travis talked about this recently.
Feedback on Auction Post
Hey @Travis Sago I’m about to run my first auction and would love your feedback on what I can improve on this pre-auction poll post: Starting at €1 – Should I really auction this off? Help me decide with your vote. 🫵VOTE BELOW AND HELP ME DECIDE – POR FAVOR! Would you agree with me on this? In many online stores, it’s not that there’s one big lever missing that would lead to growth — it’s that several small things need to be tweaked… …and together, they create exponential growth. If you break your business down into each step of the customer journey and improve every step by just a few percent, you can often double your revenue… …just by making more out of what already exists in your business. Why this could be worth it: Let’s say you achieve the following pretty conservative improvements across each stage of your customer journey: - Awareness (qualified traffic): +2% - Engagement (open/click/onsite): +3% - Opt-ins (signup rate): +3% - Entry offer acceptance: +3% - Main offer conversion: +2% - Upsells & cross-sells (AOV): +3% - Repeat purchases: +2% - Referrals: +1% Calculation (multiplicative): 1.02 Ɨ 1.03 Ɨ 1.03 Ɨ 1.03 Ɨ 1.02 Ɨ 1.03 Ɨ 1.02 Ɨ 1.01 = 1.206 ⇒ ā‰ˆ +20.6% overall effect So if you’re currently making €1M per year, that’s an additional €206,000 you’re leaving on the table every year. My idea: I’m helping 2 brands systematically optimize each stage of their customer journey to plug this ā€œrevenue leakā€ — so they stop losing thousands of euros every day. How? I’m opening 2 exclusive spots for a very private 1-day mastermind with me (in a comfortable hotel suite, just the 2 brands and me). You’ll have full access to my brain — and to all the insider knowledge I’ve gained from working with dozens of brands and marketing experts. We’ll work directly in your Klaviyo account and walk away with a clear 90-day action plan. I’ll help you on two levels: 1. Strategic (entire customer journey): We’ll analyze the 8 stages from awareness to referral, prioritize by impact Ɨ effort, and set the exact sequence of actions. 2. Tactical (inside Klaviyo): We’ll identify your biggest quick wins and turn them into a step-by-step action plan.

I’m thinking about doing something crazy... Starting at €1 Should I really auction this off? I'll work in-person with you to add €200,000+ to your store (for every €1M you generate) without new products, new ads, or new headaches. Just by fixing a few small leaks already hiding inside your business. Because the truth is most brands don’t need a big overhaul. They just need a few simple tweaks across the customer journey (I'll help you point to where money is leaking) A few small changes here a few percentage points there and suddenly... you’re collecting 20%+ more revenue from the exact same traffic, subscribers, and customers. The Prize šŸŽ I’m opening 1 exclusive spot for a Private 1-Day Mastermind Intensive with me. We’ll meet in a comfortable and relaxing hotel suite. Where I’ll show you exactly how to: āœ… Spot the money leaks in your customer journey āœ… Fix them one by one (simple, quick wins) āœ… And we'll prepare a 90-day plan together that boosts profit without more work We’ll look directly inside your Klaviyo account, so you’ll leave the hotel suite with a crystal-clear plan and the confidence to execute it easily. You’ll also get: šŸ‘‰ Dinner + a relaxed debrief afterward at my favorite restaurant šŸ· šŸ‘‰ 2 follow-up calls (30 min each) You choose the time šŸ‘‰ 6 months of direct access to me on Whatsapp The Fun Part šŸ˜ If I make this AUCTION STYLE starting at just €1 šŸ‘‰ Would you bid for it? Everyone who bids at least €1 gets something I wish I had when I was in your shoes. (What exactly? That’s still my secret šŸ˜‰) 🫵 VOTE BELOW -> Help me decide if I should do it! šŸ”„ I’m in — I’d bid at least €1 šŸ¤” Sounds interesting, but I want more details šŸ™… I’d rather alphabetize my spam folder than place a bid

Took a stab at it to practice. 😁 I changed to 1 spot because in an auction 1 person wins, right? Then you can talk to the winner if he'd be ok with having 1-2 more people with you. And follow up with the rest of the bidders for tiers.
Auction Question: Should I encourage people to bid $1 even after the highest bid is more?
I'm running an auction in my group of 50 people. The current highest bidder is $1,900, with dozens of bids. But I want more people to bid so I can leverage the bidders into sales. Should I encourage people to bid, even if they can't outbid the winner? For example: "Hey the winning bid is at $1,900, but as long as you bid at least a dollar you'll get a special gift from me"?

I love connecting with entrepreneurs who have an honest mission to make someone's life better. I help them reach more of the people they can impact.
