Auction Timer Tool - useful?
Hey Ronin family! I've noticed some Ronins running auctions have lost money due to not having a reliable way of showing EXACTLY WHEN your auction ends... Whether that is because of time zones or lack of reminders in apps that your bidders use every day I built a tool that might be useful? Let me know your thoughts on this video walkthrough. Feel free to make suggestions to make it better. Brief description of the tool: The tool simply creates a link based on auction details input and generates a page where your bidders can easily see when the auction ends in their OWN TIME ZONE - automatic conversion. They also get options to add a reminder to google calendar and/or download the calendar file (helpful for apple users and others). You can share this link in your auction post, emails, etc. I guess a good addition would be to add a link to where the auction is being hosted along with the timer, right?

@Honey Syed 😂😂😂 would it be useful though?
First coffee date and test deal
I just wrapped up my first coffee date for a BEAMER test. Proposed an auction, but didn't make sense for the proven offer they have. We agreed on an email campaign test (PSM style). Offer is $750/mo - live trade room Deal: 25% front and recurring This is my first campaign so any tips from the veterans would be appreciated. He wants to do the following: give away a 14 day trial so people can see the high quality of his service first and continue paying $750/mo after. @Travis Sago is right about NEER. I have not had much luck with cold outreach, but with people that already know me, it gets easier. I will work smart and hard to make this a good test, but not emotionally attached to the outcome. I REALLY need this to work, but will do my best to keep emotions out of it.

First time auction success: $31k winning bid
Long time lurker here, first time poster... 2 days ago, I ran a 24-hour auction in my Skool group of 400 people. There was a "pool party" theme to make the event even more fun and exciting than it might be otherwise. All in all, around 35 people ended up making a bid. Out of those, 10 or so were actively and continuously bidding for the actual offer over the 24 hours. The winning bidder wasn't one of them — he only swept in during the last 2 or so minutes, and won the auction in a photo finish, with a last-second $31k bid. (I had initially estimated the entire auction might bring in $10k total.) Along with the winning bidder, now I also have 10 people who have expressed a serious level of interest in the outcome I was promising in the auction offer. I'm talking to them as well, to see how we might end up working together. On top of all that, my entire group is on a kind of high. Folks really got into the auction and the pool party theme — there were side bets going on, running gags, people goosing each other on, and lots of jokes, to the point that somebody recommended giving out a prize for the funniest comment (a suggestion that was immediately adopted). There are 755 comments on the auction post, and a bunch of members have written me afterwards to thank me for putting on an exciting and fun spectacle. All that's to say... now I'm a believer. And I'll be doing more auctions soon. Big thanks to both @Travis Sago and @Chris Dyson for their help before, during, and after the auction.

Coffee Dates on Demand with the Giving FUNnel. I’m starting with the first peeps to answer the poll. I don’t have enough room for everyone this go round. There is only one of me. At this stage of my game… Deep impact is more a priority than wide interest. The fast responders get the spoils. With the Giving FUNnel… I’m loading up 100 targeted leads for free. Running my Giving FUNnel… Getting people from cold to curious.. And reaching out to me saying, “Let’s talk.” in 48 hours or less. (Btw: I’ve got a hot database of over 14,000 using AI to dig it up for me.) I’m southern. I don’t rush. I don’t want you to drop the egg nog and Christmas wrapping the second I DM ya… …but I will move to the next person pretty quick. I’m a slug during the holidays.. And I’ll move on quick so I can bug Jeannie! Rooting for Ya, Travis

Why Tina CRUSHE$ and Tim LOSES...
Tim does not know the difference between DELIVARABLES AND THE OFFER. He can't get leads. He can't make sales. TINA... Can come up with an OFFER IDEA on her first cup of coffee... And COLLECT $10K before dinner. She KNOWS the DIFFERENCE between the DELIVERABLES and the OFFER! Tim HATES selling and finds it's stressful and no fun. Tina LOVES selling and finds it soooo fun to help others. My question to YOU, my friend. 👉What is the DIFFERENCE between DELIVERABLES and THE OFFER?👈 👇👇👇 Rooting For Ya, Travis

I see it as -> What they get (deliverables) -> The opportunity to be a better version of themselves (offer) Now that I write it, I am guilty of playing Tim 😂

I love connecting with entrepreneurs who have an honest mission to make someone's life better. I help them reach more of the people they can impact.
