How often is everyone doing their straddle stretch routines? I'm doing one video per week but I work some split training after training 3x per week for a few minutes.
#ETS Four 11/6/2025 Progressive overload is a real thing, and shows up in our training routinely. The quality of the repetitions produce quality in the outcomes, and that is what we are all about. Flex Hard!
I would love to be able to do the splits. Additionally, when kicking, I wish kick high without having to lean back to get those kicks up at head height.
