I was curious - what problems were you guys running into in attempting to build/grow your online brand / digital community ? What are the growing pains of an eager synthesizer? - finding a niche? - being creative / unique? - developing a product / paid offer around your interest? - getting traction on X / YouTube? - getting people into your Skool group? - getting members active and participatory once within? - transitioning members from free to paid? - creating a solid course with content you are proud of and certain can create a transformation for your clients? - retaining members? - self doubt, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, feeling shame for not having it all figured out ? - do have the comparison bug? - too caught up in your own head / story that you’ve lost an objective awareness of the market and your place within it? - resistance towards getting on camera? - never getting the discipline to put that weekly newsletter/video together? - the chirp of crickets in response to your cold outreach? - does the content you create continuously disappoint you or are the results of its distribution constantly falling short of your goals? - are things taking too much time and personal effort ( no ability to systemitize ) ? - is whatever you’ve begun working on something you could see yourself doing for the next 10 years? is there a deeper sense of purpose intermingled within? are you simply farming cheddar ? - are you operating in your area of genius / zone of 1 or just where you’re good/great/knowledgeable? - does the quality of your content beat out that of all your competitors/hit a spot they can’t ? - are you losing relationships / sacrifing health ? Hi, I have a pretty small YT channel and my best performing Videos are close to 700 views. My normal Videos have around 50-100 views. But some of my videos just get 0 views and only like 30 impressions and they are on similar topics as my best videos. Why is that? Would be very grateful for some help with this. Fabian
