3-Hour Social Confidence Workshop (Free for VIP Members)
Most people think social confidence is something you either have or you don’t. The truth? It’s a skill — and you can build it faster than you think. In this 3-hour live workshop, I’ll walk you through how to go from socially hesitant to socially confident — step by step. I used to have chronic social anxiety and depended on other people lead. Nowadays, I could start from zero in a new city without knowing anyone and have a robust social circle and dating life up and running within a few weeks. All without being fake or trying hard. This is something anyone can learn to do. So I'll show you how. This session is completely free for all Brojo Brotherhood (VIP) members. If you’re not in yet, joining the Brotherhood will give you access, including the full recording after. ------------------------------------------------------------------- šŸ’¬ What You’ll Learn 1ļøāƒ£ Build Your Social Circle (from zero) Learn the exact process to go from knowing no one to having a circle of genuine friends and romantic opportunities. āœ… Where to find good-fit people so you give yourself the best odds at connecting comfortably without high risk of rejection āœ… How to naturally turn strangers into friends without it feeling awkward or forced āœ… How to create a social life that fits your personality rather than trying to "fit in" No more waiting to be included — learn how to create and lead your own tribe. ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2ļøāƒ£ Master the Core Social Skills Develop communication skills that make connecting effortless. āœ… Body language and voice techniques that show confidence and make people respect and listen to you āœ… How to initiate and lead deeper conversations so that you give yourself the best chances āœ… Expressing attraction and interest honestly to effortlessly escalate both romantic and platonic relationships Become that calm, grounded person everyone feels comfortable around... or at least respects. -------------------------------------------------------------------

3 hour workshops - is this a new thing you're trying? I don't normally consider this a weak area for me. But in recent years I've realised it actually is. I'm beginning to understand I've only been okay in this area because I have a single useful social confidence: I'm a decent salsa/kiz/zouk dancer. But in a few years of trying, I have made zero friends outside dance, where I don't already have this social proof. It's interesting that one little specialized skill has completely hidden my lack of general social confidence.
30 Day Challenge Kick Off Call - Recording (MUST WATCH!)
It's on!! Here's the recording to officially kick start October's 30 Day Challenge: Building a Quality Social Circle. Make sure you watch to the end to find out the first task and score yourself an easy 5 points towards those big prizes. CALL TRANSCRIPT: Thank you for those of you come along live, rest of you watching the recording. This is the first one of these so I am winging this in a big way and it will be kind of a tester, see how it works. So the 30-day challenge, this one for Brojo is kicking off today and we will, hold on a second, we will be discovering how it's going to run in this call, this will be the introductory call. In this call, I'm also going to let you know what the first challenge is going to be and that'll give me a sense of how many people actually watch the call, I'm going to mention that at the end, cool . So let's go through it and then for those of you who come along live can answer any questions or anything, it's going to be pretty simple, provided I can figure out the tech. So now I'm going to share you this, sharing screen, all right, that actually worked. Okay, so I've got a little hand out here for you guys that there's a PDF, I've attached it to one of the posts that you guys can download this but it's pretty simple. So the 30-day challenge that is for the duration of October is about building a quality social circle, whatever that means for you guys. Okay, so it's going to run to the 30th of October and I think October 31 days, that's all right, we'll be all right. It's open to everybody, it's pretty to join, there's no conditions or requirements for joining. However, I do recommend the building report course because that's going to be most aligned to this challenge. So if you already have that course, great , I'm going to be referencing certain videos and exercises in the course throughout the challenge . You don't have the course, it's on sale this month, they're just 30 bucks, so you can get that in the rojo classroom if you want that one. Again, this is the first time I've ever

Why You Keep Making Bad Choices (Even When You Know Better)
Daily Dose Of Integrity New full length video out today! Most people think decision making is a conscious act of free will—that we weigh up the options and deliberately choose our path. But neuroscience tells a different story. Every decision you make is influenced by your genetics, upbringing, culture, mood, even the temperature of the room. What feels like ā€œchoiceā€ is often just the sum of countless hidden factors guiding you. That’s why we sometimes find ourselves repeating mistakes, sabotaging relationships, or wasting time in ways we know are destructive. It’s not because you’re weak—it’s because subconscious forces are running the show. The good news? You can train your brain to make better decisions over time. By reflecting honestly on past choices, journaling, and reviewing your behavior with curiosity (not judgment), you reprogram your subconscious to steer you toward better outcomes in the future. In this video, I break down why free will is an illusion, why your bad choices aren’t really your fault, and—most importantly—how you can influence your future behavior to live with more confidence and integrity. šŸ’¬ Question for you: What’s one ā€œbadā€ choice you’ve repeated in your life, and what do you think was really driving it? Share your thoughts in the comments! Watch the video here: https://theinspirationallifestyle.com/why-you-keep-making-bad-choices-even-when-you-know-better Brotherhood members: make sure you check out the latest updates to the courses

@Daniel Munro Hmm. My journal tends toward being a simple diary (what I did that day), with only occasional long brain dumps, and even then I end up with a "list of facts" rather than a "stream of consciousness", if you know what I mean. Anyone else sit down to journal and just end up with a diary?
Wanna play Squid Games?
Hey guys, thanks for all your feedback on improving the group. One main idea coming through is 30 day challenges. Something fun and practical we can do together as a group. I wanted to put a twist on this, incorporating some kind of playful competitive element that will push us to really step up. Here's the idea: Squid Game 30-day Survival Challenge I'd start the month with some kind of themed challenge, e.g. Assertiveness. A few times per week there would be some small but challenging action to take that can be "proven" to the rest of the group (e.g. "Tell us about a confrontation you're avoiding" or "Screenshot a picture of you telling someone to call you instead of text" or "Post a video of you doing..."). The people who complete the challenge within 48 hours move onto the next round. Those who don't are eliminated and must wait for the next month. I'm thinking BIG prizes for the winners, like 3x months of 1:1 coaching with me for the winner (worth $6k), 3 months of free Brotherhood for the 2nd place, and maybe a Brojo tshirts or books for 3rd. What do you guys think? Let me know what this game would need to include for you to be excited about participating!

Great idea - gameified self-development. Ideas are endless. I started writing some ideas, but realised that most were not ā€œprovableā€. What I can think of that can be proven seems to be limited to actions that can be video recorded, and doing Skool courses. Things that can’t like exercise (unless you have a smart watch), deleting or not using social media, not drinking or binge eating etc. I guess you could have a selection of trust-based goals mixed in with proven hard ones.
Good push, or avoidance?
I’m approaching a time that’s setting off sad feelings, and finding myself trying to arrange an ā€œescapeā€. I’m looking at flying NZ to AU for a dance festival, but it’s really to have an excuse not to be sitting around at home on that day. And it’s not cheap. Good push to get off my arse! Or escapism to avoid facing my problems?

@Daniel Munro yea. Not going to AU just yet. I know I need to get my arse back to festivals, but using one I otherwise wouldn’t attend as an escape is not ideal, and likely to just go badly and sour my taste for that dance style.
