Many of these coaches went from complete unknowns to making $10k, $20k or even $30k+ a month... While others were able to jump from struggling to get clients to having a fully booked practice and a business they can run from anywhere. So what I'm going to teach you works... You just have to follow the principles... And put them into action. So with that said... Let's hop into the first reality of getting coaching clients in 2025... And that reality is the market has changed. If you want to get clients consistently in 2025, you need to adapt to how people actually buy coaching today. Why? Because the old ways don't work anymore. I've seen it a million times. Coaches trying to build a following first... Or sliding into DMs... Or posting content 24/7... One way or another, they're following outdated advice that's wasting their time and energy. However... When you understand how the market works NOW... And you start using what actually works TODAY... And you see yourself getting real results... Then everything becomes so much easier. Because why would you keep struggling when there's a better way? It's like if you were trying to get somewhere using an old paper map... When you could just pull up Google Maps on your phone. Sure, both can work... But one is clearly more efficient. Point being... If you want to get coaching clients in 2025 and beyond... You need to adapt to how the market actually works... That way you'll get clients consistently... And you'll have a real business (instead of just hoping and praying like most coaches). At first glance, sports coaching and life coaching might seem worlds apart… One takes place on the pitch, the other in a more personal, reflective space. But dig a little deeper, and the similarities become striking. Whether it's a football coach like Arne Slot demanding peak performance from Mo Salah, or a life coach supporting someone through a personal or professional crossroads… both are working toward the same thing: unlocking human potential under pressure. Terms like resilience, focus, adaptability, discipline, and recovery aren’t just for elite athletes. These are the same traits that help people navigate complex life challenges: from career transitions and relationship struggles to burnout, self-doubt, and identity shifts. Both athletes and individuals outside of sport experience the highs of progress and the lows of setbacks. And just like in sports, when your internal resources (energy, mindset, motivation, etc.) get depleted, performance suffers, whether it’s on the field, at home, or in your day-to-day life. But here’s the twist. Athletes have coaches for almost every aspect of their lives… fitness nutrition mindset performance They train hard, rest well, and recover intentionally. Now think about everyday life: long work hours, family responsibilities, emotional stress, minimal downtime… and no structured support system. There’s no training ground for life. Most people are expected to "just deal with it" on their own. This is where life coaching steps in. A life coach is like a personal trainer for your mind, emotions, and overall well-being. They help you gain clarity, build confidence, shift perspectives, and take action. Whether you're stuck in a rut, facing burnout, going through change, or simply trying to live more intentionally, a life coach helps you reconnect with your potential and design the life you want to lead. Unlike a therapist, a life coach focuses on the present and future, helping you move forward with purpose.
