I learned so much in that phone call. He is really working a deal with someone else and they might still need EMD but might not. Either way I told him I could help with other areas of transactional funding. He went on to tell me also about 3 properties he's trying to wholesale. One is a very attractive sounding multifamily in Tacoma, WA. I told him to send me details and I'll see if I can connect him with any buyers.
