Are you sleeping?
Do you have trouble sleeping—falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking at 2am? You’re not alone. Sleep disruption is very common in perimenopause and menopause, and it makes everything else harder (hot flashes, cravings, mood, brain fog). That’s why we start here. Sleep First — The 14-Day Reset is now live in the Classroom. In 7 short lessons you’ll set a steady wake time, build a 10–15 min wind-down, tame disruptors (blue light, caffeine, alcohol, heat), and use 2-minute tools for night wakings. Ready to feel better fast? Start Lesson 1 today.

Yes, it is alarming how little the symptoms are talked about before we arrive at the station. I wish there was more preparation and education before arriving into the throes of it. Sadly for some ladies, they are nearly wrecking theirs lives before they even know it's peri or menopause.

I'm 52 post menopause and on the hot flush roller coaster ride. Mine are mostly at night while I'm trying to sleep. Sleep is very hit and miss and the stubborn weight is unreal!
