Hi everyone, quick question: I know we usually use RetailAI, Voiceflow, or Vapi for voice AI agents but what if I want to build a chatbot instead, for example as part of a lead reactivation funnel campaign? I’m talking about uploading a lead list and having the chatbot interact with leads via SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels. Which providers can we use for that, and which one would you recommend?

I’m currently able to send an SMS through Twilio using n8n — that part works perfectly. However, whenever I reply to the SMS, the response message seems to get automatically deleted or disappears shortly after being received. Is there a reason why incoming replies are not retained or visible? Would love to understand how this works or if there's a way to store or log the SMS responses. Thanks in advance!

Hey Brandon, I believe I’m speaking in the interest of the whole community here: Would it be possible to create a workflow with Retell AI using either n8n or Make where, if the email verification fails during a phone call, the agent automatically sends an SMS to the user so they can quickly confirm their email via text while still on the call? Once confirmed via SMS, the appointment could then be booked immediately. I know this might be possible with tools like Voiceflow or i think it was Vapi as seen in your hideo, but having a solution specifically with Retell + n8n or Make would be incredibly helpful.
