Chatbot?
Hi everyone, quick question:
I know we usually use RetailAI, Voiceflow, or Vapi for voice AI agents but what if I want to build a chatbot instead, for example as part of a lead reactivation funnel campaign? I’m talking about uploading a lead list and having the chatbot interact with leads via SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels.
Which providers can we use for that, and which one would you recommend?
