Today!
Today was SIT and weights… I did more core than actual weights but a lot of body weight exercises, but I also did some booty workouts! I don’t have much of one so I’m trying to build lol!
Breakfast is a two egg omelette with turkey and spinach, cottage cheese, blueberries, and avocado! Still feeling really good and energetic and really liking this program!
