What’s Your Weekly Template with Boxing?
Hey everyone 👋 I’m a hobby boxer and train boxing 2× per week (technique/sparring depending on the session). On top of that, I want to do strength & conditioning 3× per week. My goal is to improve boxing performance (power, rotation, conditioning, durability/injury prevention) while also building muscle, without crushing my boxing sessions or feeling constantly drained. Question for you guys: What split/template works best for you alongside boxing? Upper/Lower, Full Body 3×, or Push/Pull/Legs? Which option gave you the best results without making you feel heavy or too fatigued for boxing? Any specific Phil Daru programs/templates/blocks you’d recommend for this exact setup (2× boxing + 3× lifting)? Quick context: Boxing performance is still the main priority, but I also want to get noticeably stronger and more muscular.
