Sweated Out!
Just finished the workout from 2/18/26 under the live videos. I walked in with a silk press and left out with a afro 😂. That workout was not for the weak but I made it through. Thanks Coach for pushing us and for us Tummy Tuckers lets keep showing up and doing our best. Lets get it!!

The Protein I Use & Recommend 💪🏾🔥
As promised, here’s the protein I personally use 💪🏾🔥 I keep it simple and consistent , this protein helps me recover, build lean muscle, and stay on track with my nutrition without feeling heavy or bloated. I usually take it post-workout or when I need to hit my daily protein goals. Remember, protein is a tool ..pair it with consistent workouts, clean nutrition, and discipline and the results will follow. If you were in the live tonight, this is what I was talking about.
