Got busy today and forgot to tell y'all I ended at 4.5 pd loss for the month of March!! 🙌 Slow and steady wins the race so Coach keep bringing the heat and FitFam keep motivating ❤️💪🔥

FriYAY Progress Update
Definitely late but I finished Coach Dante’s 7 day challenge and lost 2.8lbs. Although I’m still in the 180s (started 183.4, now 180.6) it felt good completing the challenge through days where I was unmotivated or just flat out tired. Have a great weekend fit fam!
